Return Window
- Online purchases: 30 days from delivery date for returns and exchanges
- In-store purchases: 30 days from purchase date with original receipt
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
How to Return Online Purchases
- Email hellokisashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Ship items to: 25445 Main Street, Nisswa, MN 56468
- Use a trackable shipping method for items valued over $75
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return In-Store Purchases
- Bring items with original receipt to our store location
- In-store returns are processed immediately
- Online purchases may also be returned in-store
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
Exchanges
- Exchanges for different sizes or colors: Contact hellokisashop@gmail.com
- Defective or damaged items: We'll cover return shipping and send replacement at no charge
- Exchange window: 30 days from delivery/purchase date
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at hellokisashop@gmail.com
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition, unless marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase.
Gift Returns
- Gifts may be returned for store credit within 30 days
- Gift giver will not be notified of returns for store credit
- Original purchaser may request refund to original payment method
Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or bank
