adorable! compliments right away!
hi! We're so happy you like your new hoodie—and that it’s already earning compliments, that's always a good feeling! Thanks for sharing the love (:
Verrry heavy & rough material and not what I expected.
Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the hoodie felt heavier and rougher than you expected. It’s made from 100% plush cotton terry cloth which tends to soften with each wash. Feel free to check out our fabric and care instructions page on our website; it walks you through how to care for your Kisa products.
We hope that helps. :) Enjoy your hoodie!
They are okay
Hi there, thank you for your feedback on the Waffle Joggers. We hope you fall in love them and have fun styling them! They can be worn in all seasons, which we love. Enjoy them! :)
Too short and not loose enough. I’d suggest using sizes instead of one size fits all.
I *almost* love the pompom hoodie. I do love the colors, texture, warmth, and softness. But the proportions are odd. The body of the hoodie isn’t long enough. I’m short, and it ends just below my waist. Another 2”-3” would be more comfortable, especially when raising my arms. Yet the sleeves are WAY too long, by at least 6”. I have to roll them twice to be able to accomplish anything while wearing it.
Hi there, thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad you love the colors and texture, but we’re sorry that the body length and sleeves feel out of proportion. If the sleeves feel too long, they look ADORABLE cuffed! Your specific sizing notes are really helpful, and we’ll keep them in mind for future design adjustments. Have a great day!
