Love the hoodie, but customer service/communication needs improvement. Two weeks after order confirmation, I sent an email inquiring about the order—no one responded and I received the hoodie about a week later. I didn’t expect 3-5 business days as I understand these are not mass produced, but I would’ve loved to have had some human communication about the order.
